The BOE has apparently never explained things to the poor man: He works for the taxpayers. The taxpayers elected the BOE to represent them. The BOE is his boss. But the BOE, instead of managing the man and the school system, cowers before the Great Oz.<BR/><BR/>We need to pull back the curtain and keep it open.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
