Who owns the KHS? Our public schools are paid for by public taxes. Mr. Landon does NOT own the building. How is he able to prevent further testing? In my opinion the only reason to block testing is to continue a cover up.<BR/>I have been concerned about Mr. Landon and the BOE. They appear to have no respect for public concerns nor are they responsive to teacher and parent concerns regarding serious pediatric health issues.<BR/>Parents should not need to sue for FOIA.
